The rooms had comfortable mattresses that allowed for restful nights.

We faced significant issues with our door cards not working, which caused immense stress after a long day. It was unnerving to find our privacy tag on the ground, leading to concerns about our security. The lack of staff presence in the lobby further complicated the situation, as I had to wait to resolve a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I had a lovely stay. the breakfast was simple but filling, and the rooms were tidily maintained with all the amenities. However, I was disappointed that the photos showed a hot tub which wasn't there. I would definitely choose this place again!

i loved my stay at best western! the location is perfect, right near grocery stores and restaurants. the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a day out. staff members were super friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the filling breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles.

I visited for 3 nights with my partner and loved the cozy king room. The staff was super nice and even helped us with local spots to check out. The breakfast had these awesome make-your-own waffles, which were a hit! Just wished the pool area was a bit cleaner.

The location felt secluded yet convenient, surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. The room was spacious, especially the fridge, which accommodated our needs perfectly. However, the noise from outside was a significant downside. we heard conversations from the street that disturbed our sleep. The light switch near the bathroom door was a bit tricky, as I had to turn it on before closing the door. Overall, a lot to like but some adjustments to enhance comfort would be welcome.

I truly appreciated the comfortable, spacious areas and clean, non-carpeted floors that made maneuvering easy. The well-lit spaces throughout the hotel provided a warm feel, which was especially refreshing during my stay in February.

Better signage for hotel directions would be helpful.
